Joshua Heiskell, MSF - President

 

Josh began his career at Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley as a Financial Consultant working with HNW/UHNW and Institutional clients. From there, he joined Wachovia's Institutional Securities Lending team, eventually moving to the Wachovia/Wells Fargo Alternative Investment group where they created a platform of industry leading Alternative Investment offerings. Josh was responsible for managing a team and raising capital through the Wells Fargo Private Bank, Family Office, and Brokerage groups.

From Wells Fargo, Josh was hired by Corbin Capital Partners to successfully build the Private Wealth & Financial Intermediary business, growing the business significantly and creating new products to address growing market segments. Josh was hired away by MatlinPatterson to help create a single manager Hedge Fund platform, with a deep focus across the credit and private equity markets. And more recently, Josh spun out of MatlinPatterson with the Securitized Credit team, raising assets and ultimately converting the fund to a longer lock-up vehicle.

Today, Josh leverages his Master’s in Finance from Georgetown University and his 25+ years of investment experience to help asset managers and financial advisors provide solutions for their clients.
